Lessons from internal startups

Managers quite offten try to manage startups in the same way as the existing business and completely miss its different nature. Typical issues are connected with its way of working, managing, measuring but also with e.g. team creating.

This quite common ignorance of startup different nature – compared to existing business – has usually big impact not just on startup itself, but also on the whole company. This was one of the reasons I gathered the typical topics and realizations in this booklet.
